 Not sure about some gaussian blur "ripples" just above the light, but I love the rest   I love it! The dark colors and tones, the angle and perspective. Wonderful shot.

Critiques
Once I opened the image up into full view, the first thing that struck me was how the subject was centered yet the forest floor in the foreground was sloping down to the left. I rather like the effect and whether intentional or not I think it adds something dynamic to the shot.
The blueish hue and the surrounding scenery work together well to create a sort of suspenseful, dark atmosphere. I could imagine this image as what a kidnap victim might first see as they wake up in an unknown place and start to analyze the environment around them.
Overall I really like the effect of the image. The only suggestion I might have is like someone mentioned prior, try to work on the wrinkles radiating from where the light is the strongest. I like everything else about the shot and I really think its one that needs to be seen by others
